Mike leads in the crucial role of planning the strategic direction and practices of ACG, creating a niche market, and managing key executive relationships.Prior to ACG, at Winning Inc, Mike worked with organizations in over 20 different industries from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies including Xerox, Apple and Oracle Corporation. Mike brings his unique perspective on the sales and management challenges facing companies today based on his work throughout North America, Europe, and Asia. His dynamic management style developed through his experience in selling products and services to Fortune 500 companies. Mike has a proven track record in consistently exceeding both sales and profitability goals in a variety of challenging environments.
Prior to joining WINNING, Inc. Mike was a Vice President of Business Development and a member of the senior management team for Atlantic Data Services (ADS), a publicly held, professional consulting services firm. At ADS he was responsible for successfully closing and managing numerous multi-million dollar contracts. At BGS Systems, a leading provider of software to Fortune 500 companies, Mike was recognized as a top performer, successfully selling products and professional services to companies including Fidelity Investments, EDS, State Street Bank, and Liberty Mutual Insurance. Mike holds a B.S. in Finance with a minor in accounting from St. Bonaventure University. He is based in Boston where he lives with wife Catherine and their two sons Alexi and Sergei.
